4. What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving.
Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for shipments that do not arrive, or arrive late due to addressing concerns, including, but not limited to, addresses not delivered to by the US Postal Service, wrong shipping addresses, and missing address information. 

To use the Transparent Bra Straps you need a bra with removable straps, you can't use a regular bra with the straps stitched on it because you need to hook them up.

Neither the regular bra strap nor the spaghetti are really noticeable when you wear them!

We usually send an order the next day it was placed. The order takes from five to seven business days to arrive. However, it may vary according to its final destination.
